Open the Google Group below and tap Join group. Sign in with the Gmail account you'll use on your phone. Membership is open — no approval needed.
If you see a "You don't have access" page after tapping Join, hit the browser's refresh button (pull-to-refresh sometimes doesn't trigger it).

After you're approved, open the Play Store link below on your Android phone (same Gmail account). Tap Install.
If you see "App not available in your country" or similar, wait 15–30 minutes and refresh — Google takes time to propagate the tester list.
